505.15 ENFORCEMENT (CHIEF OF POLICE, MAYOR, MUNICIPAL ANIMAL PROTECTION OFFICER).

The civil and criminal provisions of Sections 505.07 to 505.15 shall be enforced by those persons or agencies designated by municipal authority. It shall be a violation of this article to interfere with a Humane Officer in the performance of his duties.
