345.36 JAKE BRAKES.

(a) Placards will be placed at the northern and southern borders of the City, and adjacent to the Methodist Church, which shall read as follows:

THE USE OF “JAKE BRAKES” IS PROHIBITED WITHIN THE

CITY OF NEW CUMBERLAND

FINE: $100.00

(b) Violators of the provisions of this section shall be fined as provided in Section 345.99(b).
