   (B)   Penalty.  The penalty for violation of this schedule shall be as follows:

      (1)   Whoever violates this schedule shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 70.99.

      (2)   Further, the provisions of § 72.99 shall apply with regard to the payment of any fine imposed hereunder.

      (3)   With regard to traffic citations for violations of this schedule, the provisions of §§ 70.20 through 70.24 shall apply.
