§ 72.07  PARKING OF HEAVY VEHICLES RESTRICTED.
   (A)   No commercial vehicle or portion thereof of more than 7,000 gross vehicle weight rating shall be parked on any residential street of the city which is less than 32 feet in length from curb to curb for more than a period of three hours.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle with a gross weight in excess of 7,000 pounds, leaving same unattended, on city right-of-ways, parking lots, park land, or other city-owned property.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on real estate that has a residential zoning leaving it running and unattended for a period greater than 60 minutes, during any 24 hour period.  The zoning of the real estate is determined by the zone map which is referred to in § 152.15 (B).  A violation of this subsection shall cause the illegally parked vehicle to be removed and impounded at the owner's expense and be punishable by the imposition of a fine of $50 for each 24 hour period the vehicle is left unattended or illegally parked.
