(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

(C) Violation of § 130.02 shall be as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98 for first and second offenses.
(D) (1) Violation of § 130.03 shall be as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
(2) Any person issued a citation for violating § 130.03 shall make payment to the Clerk-Treasurer. Failure to make payment within 30 days at the issuance of a citation shall result in the assessment of a late fee as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
