§ 130.02 UNLAWFUL TO SPIT ON SIDEWALKS AND PUBLIC PLACES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to spit or expectorate upon any sidewalk within the limits of the town, or spit or expectorate upon the steps or entrances of any store, church, theater, or public building within the town.
