§ 97.09 ACCUMULATION OF JUNK PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The term JUNK PROPERTY as used in this section shall mean any personal property which gives off obnoxious or offensive odors or which is unsightly and offensive to the general public or which becomes injurious to the health, comfort, or property of the residence of the neighborhood or town or general public.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person owning real estate, or having possession or control of real estate in the town, to permit or allow the accumulation of 1 or more articles of “junk property” upon any lot or tract of land in the town. Any person maintaining, causing, or permitting any of the above named conditions shall be deemed to be a maintainer or author of a nuisance.
