§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Except as otherwise provided, any person violating a provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.07 shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99(B).

   (C)   Any person, firm, corporation, or entity violating the provisions of §§ 93.25 through 93.27 may be ticketed and fined as set forth in § 10.99(B).

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating §§ 93.40 through 93.42 shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99(B).
