§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 92.01 shall, upon conviction, be fined as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98, and each day that any snow and ice shall be allowed to remain upon any sidewalk in violation of the provisions of § 92.01 shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation.

   (C)   Any person, firm, corporation, or entity who shall violate any provisions of §§ 92.15 through 92.20 and who, after notice from the Fire Chief, shall fail to correct any incorrect installations within 20 days after receiving the notice, shall be ticketed and fined as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98; provided, however, that if the fine is not paid within the allotted time, it shall be increased as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
