(A) Any request for use of the gazebo or shelters in the town parks shall be in writing and accompanied by a deposit in an amount set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98, presented at least 14 days prior to the date needed.
(B) Upon satisfactory inspection of the premises for removal of all decorations, equipment and refuse, a refund will be issued as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
(C) All proceeds from use of the shelters and gazebo shall be deposited in the Non-Reverting Park Fund (see § 37.11).
