§ 37.11 NON-REVERTING PARK FUND.
   (A)   The Town Council allows the Park Board to accept fees for the use of Bourissa Hills Park or Memorial Park.
   (B)   The fees received are appropriated for any improvements or additions approved by the Park Board.
   (C)   A Non-Reverting Park Fund shall be established for the purposes outlined in this section and in accordance with I.C. 36-10-3-22.
