RESTRICTED PARKING REGULATIONS FOR STREET SWEEPING
(A) Parking on all town streets shall be regulated from April 1 to November 30 each year within each 24-hour period, commencing at 8:00 a.m., as follows:
(1) On every odd-numbered day of the month, automobiles and other motor vehicles shall be parked on the oddly numbered side of the street (north side and west side); and
(2) On every even-numbered day of the month, automobiles and other motor vehicles shall be parked on the evenly numbered side of the street (south side and east side).

(B) Each 24-hour period shall start at 8:00 a.m. on one day and end at 8:00 a.m. the next day (i.e., if parking on the north side on an odd day, the 24-hour period does not change until 8:00 a.m. the next day, then parking shall be on the south side).

Any vehicle parked, stalled, incapable of moving under its own power, or left unattended upon any street in violation of this section may be towed or impounded at the owner’s expense.
