§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99.
   (B)   Anyone found to be in violation of § 71.02 may be fined as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
