§ 70.99 PENALTY.

   Penalties assessed for violations of this title shall be based upon the following schedule, unless otherwise specified:

   (A)   For improper parking: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98;

   (B)   For non-moving traffic violations: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98; and

   (C)   For moving traffic violations, as follows:

      (1)   Stop sign violation: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98;

      (2)   Improper passing: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98;

      (3)   Speeding not in excess of 15 mph over the speed limit: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98;

      (4)   Speeding in excess of 15 mph over the limit but not more than 25 mph over the limit: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98;

      (5)   Speeding in excess of 25 mph over the speed limit: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98;

      (6)   Yield sign violation: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98;

      (7)   Improper U-turns: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98; and

      (8)   All other moving violations: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
