(A) Miscellaneous fees.
(1) Shut off/turn on: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
(2) After hours emergencies shut off/turn on: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
(3) Frozen meter charge: as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
(4) Check for leaks inside plumbing (faucets, toilets, and the like): as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
(B) (1) Resident homeowner meter deposit based on meter size as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
(2) Renters and leases meter deposit based on meter size as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98.
(3) The deposits will be returned to the customer when they move provided they are current on their utility bill.
