701.02 ADVERTISING ON VILLAGE PROPERTY.
   No person shall stick, post or attach any advertisement, poster, sign, handbill or placard of any kind or description upon any telegraph or telephone pole within the limits of the Village or upon any public building, voting booth, flagging, curbstone, walk, step or sidewalk or to write, print or impress or in any manner attach any notice or advertisement of any kind upon any public building, voting booth, flagging, curbstone, stepstone or sidewalk, the property of the Village, or within the street lines of the Village, or over property which the Village Council has the care, custody or control, without having first obtained permission therefore from the Mayor.
