1307.98 AMENDMENTS.

The following sections of the International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1307.98, are hereby revised as follows:

Section 101.1 Insert: Village of Newburgh Heights

Section 103.5 Deleted. Applicable fees as set forth in the Village of Newburgh Heights codified ordinances shall remain in effect.

Section 302.4 Insert: 10" per Codified Ordinances Section 1345.

Section 304.14. Insert: May 1 to September 30.

Section 602.3. Insert: September 30 to May 1.

Section 602.4. Insert September 30 to May 1.
