Test procedures to determine whether maximum noise emitted by equipment or powered hand tools, used, operated, sold or leased, or offered for sale or lease, meets the noise limits stated in Section 555.07, shall be in substantial conformity with Standards and Recommended Practice established by the Society of Automotive Engineers, Inc., including SAE Standard J952, SAE Recommended Practice J184 and such other and further standards as may be propounded in the Code of Recommended Practices of the Department of Environmental Control.
