555.07 POWER TOOL NOISE.
   No person shall use, operate, sell or lease, or offer for sale or lease, any powered equipment or powered hand tool that produces a maximum noise level exceeding the following noise levels at a distance of fifty feet under the test procedures established by Section 555.12.
