1353.04 PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO REGISTER.

Failure by the owner thereof to register a Rental Dwelling, as such term is defined in Codified Ordinance Section 1353.02, shall constitute a first degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to six (6) months in jail and up to a one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) fine.
