(A) The Town Council hereby establishes rental rates and charges and deposit and insurance requirements for the rental of the Old Lock and Dam Building, Lockmaster Cottages, Preservation Hall and the park shelter at Lou Dennis Community Park as are set forth in Exhibit A which is attached to Ordinance 2019-22 and incorporated herein by reference.
(B) The Town Council additionally establishes the following cleaning/utility fees that shall be charged for use of the facilities referenced in this section where the rental charges applicable to such use have been waived:
(1) Old Lock and Dam Building - $20 per day plus a one-time cleaning charge of $30;
(2) Lockmaster Cottages - $20 per day plus a one-time cleaning fee of $30; and
(3) Preservation Hall - $30 per day plus a one-time cleaning fee of $50.
