(A) Rental of either cottage shall require a deposit of $100, which may be returned as set out in the rental agreement.
(B) The daily rate for cottage rentals as set forth in this division is hereby increased from $150 to $195, and the weekly rate is hereby increased from $700 to $1,015, effective only for reservations made following the adoption of this section.
(C) In the event a renter of the west lockmaster house shall seek to have a dog at the cottage, the renter shall pay an additional fee of $25 per day above the base rent.
