Violation of the following sections of the town code of ordinances are subject to admission before the Violations Clerk and payment of the fine designated:
(A) Title VII, as it relates to illegal parking;
(B) Chapter 90, as it relates to inadequate shelter for animals, animals running at large, animals without permits and failure to remove animal excrement from public ways;
(C) Chapter 92, §§ 92.01 through 92.04, as it relates to illegal burning; and
(D) Chapter 130 as it relates to the illegal discharge of a firearm in town.
