§ 92.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OPEN BURNING. All fires of any kind located outside of a structure and not otherwise exempt from the operation of this subchapter.
   WOOD PRODUCTS. Material consisting of, or wholly derived from, wood or vegetation.
