§ 157.135 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

   (A)   Purpose statement. The general regulations for the Commercial Districts are set forth in §§ 157.135 through 157.139.

   (B)   Site design standards. In considering any application for development approval in the commercial districts, the following site design standards shall be adhered to:

      (1)   All utility lines shall be located underground; and

      (2)   Pedestrian amenities, as deemed appropriate by the Site Review Advisory Committee, shall be provided.

   (C)   Overlay districts.

      (1)   In addition, the provisions of the following commercial overlay districts at §§ 157.165 through 157.169 shall apply to new development within the downtown area of the town.

      (2)   Refer to the official zoning map for the exact location of the commercial districts.
