§ 153.30 STORM WATER FEE STRUCTURE METHODOLOGY.
   All improved parcels within the town shall be subjected to a storm water user’s fee as determined by the following sections unless specifically excluded in this subchapter. The fee structure for residential and nonresidential parcels of developed real estate shall be subject to a fee established by ordinance, and determination of that fee is based on the impervious area of a parcel or subdivided lot. IMPERVIOUS AREAS are defined as a human-made improvement that does not allow rain water to be absorbed and held. Improvements shall include rooftops, driveways, parking lots, patios, storage areas, oiled macadam or hard-surface areas, or any other human-made obstruction which impedes absorption of precipitation into the earth’s surface.
