§ 113.05 TRAFFIC AND CROWD CONTROL.
   The applicant for a permit described in § 113.02 shall, with such application, tender a plan describing how pedestrian and vehicle traffic on Water Street shall be accommodated during the public performance contemplated. Such plan shall be first approved by the Town Board of Metropolitan Police Commissioners before its submission to the Town Council
