§ 113.04 CLEANUP REQUIRED.
   Any person, firm or corporation receiving a permit under § 113.02 shall be responsible to clean up all trash, litter or debris created, generated or deposited on the Riverfront Walkway or street adjacent thereto as a result of the use by such person, firm or corporation.
