No permit under § 113.02 may be issued until such person, firm or corporation receiving permission to use the property from the Council shall deliver to the Clerk-Treasurer proof that such person, firm or corporation is insured under a general liability insurance policy with limits of at least $500,000 per person, and that the town has been named on such policy as an additional named insured.
