§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of §§ 92.01 through 92.04 shall be punishable by a civil fine not to exceed $150. Each event of noncompliance shall constitute a separate violation.

   (C)   The use, ignition or discharge of consumer fireworks other than during the permitted dates and time periods listed in § 92.16 shall constitute a violation of §§ 92.15 and 92.16 and shall be subject to a fine up to of $ 1,000 with each use, ignition or discharge being deemed a separate offence.
