(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Violation of § 91.21 may be the subject of a suit for injunctive relief, a civil penalty of $50 per day for each day of violation, or both.
