§ 91.21 UNLICENSED AND DAMAGED VEHICLES.
   (A)   No vehicle, as defined by I.C. 9-13-2-196, which does not have issued to it and on display, a current license plate issued by a state or the United States, shall be parked or allowed to set upon any public right-of-way in the town.
   (B)   No vehicles, as defined by I.C. 9-13-2-196, which is damaged so as to render it inoperable, or which does not have issued to it and on display a current license plate issued by a state or the United States, shall be stored, parked or left sitting on private property if such vehicle or its shape or outline may be seen by the public from a public right-of-way.
