§ 90.61 ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper or possessor of any cow, ox or other cattle, or of any horse, mule, ass, sheep, hog or swine of any kind, to permit the same to run at large upon any street or alley within the corporate limits of said town.
