§ 90.60 DESTRUCTION OF ANIMALS.
   No person may destroy any domestic animal within the town limits; provided, however, this provision shall not apply to the following:
   (A)   A licensed veterinarian;
   (B)   Those persons acting in immediate self-protection, or the protection of others; and
   (C)   Police officers or firefighters acting under this chapter or to prevent undue suffering.
