§ 90.19 QUARANTINE.
   (A)   Any animal which bites a person shall be quarantined for ten days if ordered by the Director of Public Health for the county.
   (B)   During quarantine the animal shall be securely confined and kept from contact with any other animal.
   (C)   At the discretion of the Director of Public Health for the county the quarantine may be on the premises of the owner.
   (D)   If the Director of Public Health requires other confinement the owner shall surrender the animal for the quarantine period to an animal shelter or shall at his or her own expense, place it in a veterinary hospital.
