There shall be no truck traffic on Old State Route 662, between State Route 66 and Westervelt Drive except trucks with a declared gross vehicle weight of 11,000 pounds or less, trucks making a local delivery within the corporate limits of the town or trucks bearing a properly issued state farm license plate and hauling product of the farm operator to whom the plate is issued.
