§ 74.068 REMOVAL OF SERIAL NUMBER OR LICENSE PLATE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for anyone to remove, mutilate or alter the serial number of any bicycle licensed under this chapter.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to remove or mutilate any license plate during which time the license plate is in force.
