§ 74.040 APPROACHING AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE.
   (A)   The rider or operator of a bicycle shall pull to the right and stop upon the warning of the approach of any emergency vehicle.
   (B)   No person riding or operating a bicycle shall follow or park so close to any fire apparatus so as to hinder the operation of said apparatus or endanger the safety and well-being of the operator or rider of the bicycle.
   (C)   When any rider or operator of a bicycle approaches a school bus stopped to load or unload passengers, he or she shall stop at least ten feet in front of or in back of said vehicle until the passengers are clear of the roadway.
