(A) The rider or operator of a bicycle upon any street or highway, when making a right turn, shall follow the right-hand side of the roadways and when making a left-hand turn shall approach the turning point in the traffic lane nearest the center of the roadway.
(B) No person riding or operating a bicycle shall turn, slow down, stop or start without first signaling intention of movement as required by law.
