§ 74.038 OPERATING LEFT OF CENTERLINE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person riding or operating a bicycle to cross to the left of the centerline to pass another vehicle within the corporate limits of the town unless the way ahead is clear. It shall be unlawful to cross to the left of the centerline within the corporate limits of the town when approaching a hill or curve unless the rider or operator can see at least 500 feet ahead or to pass in a no passing zone.
