(A) When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle on a town-maintained parking lot between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m., without a written permit issued by the town.
(B) Such permit shall be displayed in the windshield of the parked vehicle so it is visible to any police officer from the outside of the vehicle.
