§ 71.07 STOP SIGNS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Through streets and stop intersections designated. Those streets, parts of streets, and stop intersections described herein are hereby declared to be through streets or stop intersections for the purpose of this section.
   (B)   Vehicles to stop at stop signs. When stop signs are erected as herein provided at or near the entrance to any intersection, every driver of a vehicle shall stop such vehicle at such sign or at a clearly marked stop line or before entering the intersection, except when directed to proceed by a police officer of traffic-control signal.
