§ 71.03 OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   The driver of any vehicle shall obey the instructions of any official traffic-control device placed in accordance with the traffic ordinances of this town, unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
