§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $100.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provisions of § 91.02(A) through (E) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. (R.C. § 3743.99(C)(1))
   (C)   Whoever violates § 91.02(F) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, a person may be convicted at the same trial or proceeding of a violation of § 91.02(F) and a violation of R.C. § 2917.11(B), or a substantially equivalent municipal ordinance, that constitutes the basis of the charge of the violation of § 91.02(F).
   (D)   Whoever violates § 91.02(G) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
