(A) Inside the Village. If a customer is developing a new facility in the village limits, the Village of New Bremen will install the necessary equipment to provide overhead or underground electric service (see 51.34 for more information) to this new facility. The village will extend its equipment to the approved delivery point. It is the customer's responsibility to install all the necessary equipment from the delivery point in to its facility.
(B) Outside the Village. If a customer is requesting electric service that falls outside the village limits, the potential customer must submit a written request to the Service Representative for review. The Service Representative will forward the request on to the Village Council for review. It is the Council's soul responsibility to accept or reject any request. If a request is approved, the Council will set forth the necessary line extension costs, security deposits, as well as establish the rate of service for the new customer.
