§ 130.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   It shall be unlawful for anyone to:
   (A)   Use in a telephonic communication any words or language of a profane, vulgar, lewd, lascivious, or an indecent nature, or to threaten in a telephonic communication any unlawful act with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or molest another person or to communicate or convey by telephone an obscene, vulgar, indecent, profane, suggestive, or immoral message to another person;
   (B)   To telephone another repeatedly, whether or not a conversation ensues, for the purpose of annoying or harassing another person or his or her family;
   (C)   Telephone another and make false statements concerning either the death or injury of a member of the family of that person who is telephoned with the intent to annoy, frighten, or terrify that person;
   (D)   To make a telephone call and intentionally fail to hang up or disengage the connection for the purpose of interfering with the telephone service of another or interfere with any business or 911 services;
   (E)   Knowingly permit a telephone under his or her control to be used for the purpose of violating divisions (A) through (D) above;
   (F)   Willfully or intentionally interfere with, disturb, or in any way molest any person in any way;
   (G)   Molest or disturb any person by making an obscene remark or the remarks and actions as would humiliate, insult, or scare any person; and/or
   (H)   Follow any person for the purpose of molesting, disturbing, harassing or annoying the person.
