§ 130.08 UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF PISTOLS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for anyone to carry about their person any pistol, whether concealed or not, except as permitted by S.C. Code § 16-23-20, as amended, or other provision of state or federal law.
