In addition to the following, Section 3.1 of Ordinance 133 is renumbered as 6.1 and shall contain the following language: These Amendments to Ordinance 133 shall be effective upon the third reading of this ordinance, provided that matters arising before the effective date of these amendments shall be governed by those provisions of Ordinance 133 then in effect. (See Ord. 10-39-05.) The guidelines set forth herein may be published separately and distributed in a form convenient to the public by the E 911 Coordinator’s office.
