These guidelines are established by Newberry County Council, with due consideration for the S.C. Statutory laws, and recommendations from the Newberry Joint Planning Commission, the Sheriff of Newberry County, the E-911 Coordinator, the Newberry County E911 Advisory Commission, and Central Midlands Regional Planning Commission.
