§ 93.05 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   The Airport Safety Area Enforcement Officer shall administer and enforce regulations prescribed in §§ 93.01 et seq. Applications for permits and relief shall be made to the enforcement officer on a form published for that purpose.
   (B)   Violations of §§ 93.01 et seq. shall be enforced by the Airport Safety Area Enforcement Officer, or any duly commissioned Code Enforcement Officer using the county ordinance summons, or by the Sheriff and his or her Deputies.
